A SMALL GIRL WITH BIG DREAMS
Hey! My name is Lizzy, and I’m the owner of Plant’d Studios in Arizona. I grew up in Washington state with my wonderful family of 5, as a student-athlete. Though sports took up most of my childhood, art and construction have been my true passion since I was a teenager. I know it may sound crazy, a young girl building and remodeling homes, but its been in my blood since I was a young kid. As my friends were at the playground or having sleepovers, I spent my time following my dad around the workshop/house, wishing he’d give me a turn with the hammer! That’s when I knew, this is what I want to do the rest of my life.
Moving into college, I was a high-diver for Grand Canyon University studying business and interior design. I granduated with a Bachlors in Business and a Bachlors in Interior Design by the time is was 20. Post graduation, I went straight into the workforce. Starting off as a visual designer for West Elm. then to a design firm working exclusively in luxury homes.
Though my ‘team’ only consists of 1, I strive to make every family feel loved and well taken care of. I understand that our homes are a part of our families, and should be a place of sanctuary. I love being able to make your dreams come true with what I love to do!
We cannot forget about her trusty side kick, Booker! As the lead happiness provider, Booker keeps Lizzy on her toes and always excited to try new things:) Not to mention, his charm and amazing kisses!
